Heretics Amulet

You're a villain, a Heretic, and your fortress is under siege. Things are going great.

Heretics Amulet is a gothic strategy card game where you play as a heretical sorcerer defending your keep against waves of encroaching militias, not to survive, but to harvest. Every soul that falls on your grounds feeds the Amulet, and the Amulet makes you more powerful. Can you wrestle the Great Kingdom into submission?

Through each round you consult your Tarot deck, scrying the fates to see how many villagers are on their way. Between waves, spend your macabre bounty– upgrading your Amulet, modifiying the deck, and building toward the power needed to face each Act's Boss.

Each boss rewrites the rules– defeat them, unlock each one's Tarot card, and piece together the story of why the heretics actually built this place, and why you may be the world's only hope.

My goal is for the game to be fast, replayable, and satisfying. I want it to scratch the roguelite itch, to make you smile, and mybe tell you a bit about this world I've made.
